3rrd Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3rrd website or mobile app, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a player and 3rrd as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. Your continued use of 3rrd after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes.

02Eligibility

To use 3rrd you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party for the purpose of gambling.
• You must not hold an existing active or suspended account on 3rrd.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform under a current self-exclusion arrangement.

3rrd reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03Account Registration

Each person may register and maintain only one account on 3rrd. Registering duplicate accounts – regardless of the reason – is a violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and for keeping your account details current. 3rrd will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by outdated or incorrect information on your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 3rrd will treat all activity carried out under your account credentials as your own and you accept responsibility for it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 3rrd account.
• Do not log in from shared or public devices without logging out properly.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable biometric login on the app where available for additional security.

04Deposits

All deposits on 3rrd are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and Pakistan-issued bank cards (Visa and Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 across all methods.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Depositing using another person's payment method is not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

3rrd does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank if you are unsure about third-party charges on your end.

05Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud control.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals submitted during business hours are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals requiring additional identity verification may take longer.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing.
• If your account has an active bonus balance with a pending wagering requirement, the bonus-derived portion of your funds is not withdrawable until the requirement is met.
• 3rrd does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• In cases where a deposit was made by bank card, the withdrawal may be returned to the same card before any balance is sent to another method.

3rrd reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is in place to protect your account from fraud.

06Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers on 3rrd are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. General bonus conditions that apply across the platform include the following:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each offer has a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements on sports betting bonuses typically count only bets placed at minimum odds stated in the offer.
• Free spins winnings are usually credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements.
• One bonus may be active on your account at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically stated in the promotion.
• 3rrd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk matched betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk.

07Sports Betting Rules

Bets on 3rrd are settled at the odds available at the time the bet was confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; once a bet slip is confirmed and a reference number is issued, the odds are locked.

In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. During periods of high traffic or data delay, in-play betting on specific markets may be suspended temporarily. 3rrd will not be held responsible for bets that could not be placed due to such suspensions.

• Bets on voided events will be refunded at the stake amount.
• If a match is abandoned before the result is determined, bets may be voided unless stated otherwise in the sport-specific rules.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are shown at the point of placing the bet.
• Cricket bets cover PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic Pakistan tournaments unless the market specifies otherwise.
• 3rrd reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match irregularity or price error.

08Slots and Games

All slot games and Bingo sessions on 3rrd operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin or Bingo draw is entirely independent of previous and future outcomes. No system, timing strategy or betting pattern can influence the outcome.

RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are published and accessible via the information panel in each game. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of spins and are not guarantees of outcomes in any individual session.

• Malfunctions in a game void all related bets and returns. If a technical error occurs during a session, the round will be cancelled and your stake returned.
• Bingo sessions that experience a technical failure will be replayed or the prize will be redistributed at the platform's discretion.
• Maximum win limits may apply on individual slot titles. Where applicable, the limit is stated in the game's terms panel.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3rrd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots or software to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or payment method during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform's deposit and withdrawal system.

10Account Suspension and Closure

3rrd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, age verification failure, identity mismatch, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct or a player's own self-exclusion request.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified by email. Funds on the account will be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available for withdrawal.

You may also close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

11Responsible Gaming

3rrd is committed to player wellbeing and provides a range of tools to help you manage your activity. These tools are accessible through your account settings and take effect immediately when applied.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Set time alerts that notify you when your session reaches a duration you specify.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your access to the platform if you need a long-term break.

12Limitation of Liability

3rrd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability.

3rrd will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, financial loss or indirect damages arising from platform use, including bets that could not be placed during an outage or game sessions disrupted by a technical error. In all such cases, the standard remedy is a refund of the stake involved.

3rrd will not be responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms, including but not limited to failure to read bonus wagering requirements, failure to secure account credentials or failure to complete identity verification in a timely manner.

13Changes to These Terms

3rrd may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account.

If you continue to use the 3rrd platform after an update to these terms, you are considered to have accepted the revised version. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
