All login traffic between your device and the 3rrd servers is encrypted via SSL. This means your username, password and any data you enter during the login process cannot be read in transit. The padlock icon in your browser address bar confirms this is active.

Every login generates a secure session token that expires automatically after a period of inactivity. If you leave your account open on a shared device and forget to log out, the session will close on its own after the inactivity timer runs out. On mobile, you can also enable biometric login – fingerprint or face recognition depending on your device – which means your password stays out of your clipboard and keyboard history entirely.

Failed login attempts are monitored. After a number of consecutive incorrect password entries, the account is temporarily locked and a verification code is sent to your registered mobile number to confirm it is you before access is restored. This protects your account in the event someone else tries to guess your password.

3rrd will never ask for your password via email, SMS or support chat. If you receive any communication asking for your login details, do not respond and contact support immediately.

What You Can Do to Protect Your Account

Use a unique password

Your 3rrd password should not be shared with any other website or app. If your email or mobile wallet is ever compromised, a unique password ensures your 3rrd account stays unaffected.

Keep your mobile number current

Your registered mobile number is used for OTP verification and account recovery. If you change your Pakistan SIM, update the number in your account settings before your old number expires.

Enable biometric login on the app

The 3rrd mobile app supports fingerprint and face recognition login where your device allows it. This is faster than typing a password and avoids your credentials appearing in autocomplete or clipboard history.

Always log out on shared devices

If you log in on a shared or public device – a family computer, a friend's phone or a shared tablet – always log out when you are done. Do not save your password in the browser on shared devices.

Watch for unexpected login notifications

3rrd sends a notification to your registered mobile number each time a new device logs into your account. If you receive one you did not initiate, change your password immediately and contact support.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a one-time reset code will be sent to your phone via SMS. Enter that code, set a new password and your account access is restored. The reset code expires after 10 minutes so use it promptly.

Account lockouts happen after several consecutive incorrect password attempts. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised access attempts. To unlock, use the password reset process – a code is sent to your registered mobile number. If you no longer have access to that number, contact the support team directly with your account email to verify your identity manually.

Yes, if your JazzCash or Easypaisa number is the same as the mobile number you registered with on 3rrd, you can use it to log in. You can also use the OTP login option which sends a one-time code to your registered mobile – particularly useful if you have forgotten your password or prefer not to type it.

Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity as a security measure. If you are consistently logged out sooner than you would like, check that you have ticked "Keep me logged in" on the login screen. Note that sessions on shared or public devices will still expire regardless of this setting – this is intentional.

Your 3rrd account can be active on one mobile app session and one browser session at the same time. However, placing bets and accessing your balance is only possible through one active session at a time to prevent conflicts with your PKR balance. Logging in on a new device will prompt a notification to your registered mobile confirming the new login.

Contact 3rrd support through the Help section with your account email address and some basic identity verification details. The support team will guide you through a manual number update process. It is best to update your mobile number in your account settings before your old SIM is deactivated to avoid this situation.
