3rrd is a mobile-first betting and gaming platform designed for players in Pakistan. Everything on the platform – Sports Betting, Slots, Bingo, deposits and withdrawals – operates in PKR and is accessible from a single account. The questions below reflect how Pakistani players actually use the platform day to day.

Account & Login

You need a valid Pakistani mobile number, an email address, your full name and your date of birth. No documents are required at registration itself. Age verification documents such as a CNIC or passport may be requested later before a large withdrawal is processed. You must be 18 or older to register – this is a firm rule with no exceptions.

No. Each person may hold exactly one 3rrd account. Creating duplicate accounts for any reason – including to claim a sign-up offer a second time – is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are closed and any balance they hold is cancelled. If you cannot access an existing account, use the password reset or contact support rather than creating a new one.

On the login page, tap "Forgot Password" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a one-time reset code will arrive via SMS. Enter that code within 10 minutes, set a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support through the help section with your account email.

Accounts lock automatically after several consecutive incorrect password attempts. To unlock, use the password reset process – a verification code is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it, set a new password and the lock is lifted. If the lock is the result of a security review rather than failed logins, the support team will contact you directly via your registered email with instructions.

Go to Account Settings while logged in, select Contact Details and follow the mobile number update process. You will need to verify both your current number (outgoing) and the new number (incoming) with OTP codes. It is best to do this before your old SIM is deactivated – if you have already lost access to the old number, contact support directly for a manual update.

Deposits & Payments

3rrd accepts JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (instant interbank transfer), standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards from major Pakistan banks. All deposits and account balances are in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfers can take up to one business day depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit is PKR 200 via JazzCash and Easypaisa. For bank transfers and Raast the minimum is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set at the platform level, though your individual mobile wallet or bank account may have its own daily transfer caps that apply independently of 3rrd's limits.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits should credit within 30 seconds under normal conditions. If a deposit shows pending for more than 5 minutes, first check that the payment was debited on your wallet side. If funds were deducted from your wallet but the balance has not updated on 3rrd, take note of the transaction reference number from your wallet and contact support. Bank transfers showing pending for more than one business day should also be escalated to support with the bank transfer reference.

3rrd does not charge any deposit fees on its side. The full amount you send is credited to your PKR balance. However, your mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa) or bank may apply their own transaction fees or service charges depending on your account type with them. Those charges are outside 3rrd's control.

Withdrawals & PKR Payouts

Log in, go to the Withdrawal section and select your preferred method – JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum PKR 500), confirm the destination details and submit. The withdrawal goes to your registered payment method only – it cannot be sent to a different person's account.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours and often arrive within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers take one to two business days. If your account has a pending identity verification step, the withdrawal is held until that is completed, which can extend the timeline.

Routine verification checks are triggered on accounts making their first large withdrawal or when account activity requires a review. In these cases, you will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or passport. Once the document is reviewed and approved, your withdrawal is released. This process usually takes one business day. You will receive an email notification when it is complete.

3rrd does not charge withdrawal fees. The PKR amount you request is the amount sent to your wallet or bank account. As with deposits, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own receiving fees – those are set by them and are outside 3rrd's control.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket is the primary sport on 3rrd Bet, with full coverage of Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic Pakistan cricket. International football, major tournaments and Esports are also covered. Market depth varies by sport – Cricket markets are the most comprehensive and include in-play options during live matches.

3rrd displays odds in decimal format by default. Decimal odds represent your total return per PKR 1 staked. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a PKR 100 bet returns PKR 250 total (PKR 150 profit plus your PKR 100 stake back). You can switch between decimal, fractional and American odds formats in your account settings if you prefer a different display.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs are bowled to constitute an official result, pre-match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your PKR balance. If a result is reached via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, bets are settled on that official result. Postponed matches are kept open for 24 hours; if the match is rescheduled within that window, bets carry over. If not, they are voided and stakes returned.

Most bets are settled automatically within a few minutes of the official result being confirmed by the data provider. During major PSL and international matches, settlement usually happens before post-match analysis even begins. Your PKR winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal or further betting right away.

The minimum bet on sports markets is PKR 50. This applies to match winner bets, in-play markets and all other available market types. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event. For high-profile PSL finals and international matches, maximum limits are generally higher than for lower-profile fixtures.

Slots & Bingo

All Slots on 3rrd use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). An RNG is a software algorithm that produces each spin result independently from any previous spin. It means the outcome of every spin is completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Each spin is an independent event – a long losing streak does not make a win more likely on the next spin, and vice versa.

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes how much of total stakes a slot game pays back to players over a very large number of spins – typically millions. A slot with a 96% RTP returns PKR 96 for every PKR 100 staked in aggregate over time. RTP is not a guarantee for any individual session; in a single session your result could be above or below the RTP. It is a long-run average for the game overall.

Bingo on 3rrd runs in scheduled sessions throughout the day and night. Each session has a set card price in PKR and a prize pool. You purchase cards before the session starts and numbers are called automatically. Winners are determined by completing the required pattern first. The prize is split among all players who complete the pattern simultaneously. Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately after the session ends.

All Slots and Bingo winnings are credited directly to your PKR account balance in real time. There is no separate claims process. Once credited, the funds are available immediately – you can use them for further bets and games, or withdraw them to JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank account through the Withdrawal section.

Mobile App

Visit the App page on 3rrd and follow the download instructions for your device. The app is available for Android and iOS. On Android, the APK file is downloaded directly from the 3rrd website since the app is not listed on the Google Play Store. iOS users download via a link that installs a web clip or native app depending on your iOS version.

Yes. The 3rrd app and website share the same account system. Log in with your existing mobile number or email and password. Your PKR balance, bet history, Slots favourites and all account settings carry over automatically. There is no separate app registration.

Yes, the 3rrd app integrates JazzCash and Easypaisa deposit flows natively. You can top up your PKR balance without leaving the app. The payment screen in the Deposit section launches the wallet flow directly on compatible devices, making deposits faster than going through a browser.

Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings and open the Responsible Gaming section. Select Deposit Limit, choose daily, weekly or monthly, and enter the PKR maximum you want to apply. The limit takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit applies right away. Increasing a limit has a 24-hour waiting period before it comes into force. Full details are on the Responsible Gaming page.

Self-exclusion closes your access to 3rrd for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. It cannot be reversed early. Your PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method after the exclusion is processed. To apply, go to Account Settings, Responsible Gaming, then select Self-Exclusion. You will be asked to confirm your choice.

Yes. A cooling-off period lets you pause your account for 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. During a cooling-off your account is inaccessible for deposits and betting. Your balance is held safely and the account reopens automatically when the period ends. This is a good option if you want a structured break without permanently closing your account.
